Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‐oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the creation, management, and optimization of high‐volume digital ad campaigns.
In this role, you will work in a fast‐paced environment to deliver high‐quality visual and text assets while collaborating closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities
Create, publish, and manage a high volume of client digital ad campaigns (both vendor and agent/office) in a fast‐paced, high‐quality environment.
Conduct daily optimization checks and campaign monitoring to ensure ads are performing effectively and efficiently throughout their duration.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure brand consistency across all campaign builds.
Monitor and manage the shared Digital Ads inbox, providing timely and professional responses to campaign‐related queries.




Accurately document campaign notes and client feedback within internal systems to ensure process consistency and data quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement by ensuring deliverables meet high‐quality standards and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and results.
Maintain a safe work environment by taking reasonable care for your own health and safety, ensuring actions do not compromise others, and actively cooperating with the company's WHS Framework and training.
Qualifications
Essential
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing or Content Creation role.
A proven track record of managing or assisting with Meta Ads Manager, with an understanding of how creative choices impact metrics and influence renewals.
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to "switch voices" depending on the platform, crafting compelling, "hook-heavy" copy for Meta and concise headlines for Google Display Network (GDN).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage a shared inbox professionally.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning and working with multiple operational systems.
Preferred
Experience designing high‐converting visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for professional‐grade projects.
Experience utilizing agile, high‐speed design delivery tools like Canva.
Familiarity with Project Management and CRM tools such as Asana, JIRA, or similar systems.
