You'll manage a mental health dispensary focused on maintaining regulatory compliance and driving clinical excellence across our 114 bed mental health clinic.
What You'll Do- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services and medication management- Lead pharmacy operations, clinical services, clinical trials, and coordinate therapeutic drug monitoring services- Ensure compliance with TGA, AHPRA, and NSQHS hospital accreditation standards- Collaborate with clinic management, psychiatrists and clinical nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes- Manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency- Implement creative pharmacy practices and quality improvement initiatives

Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacistPrevious experience in hospital pharmacy, and mental health setting preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsCommitment to patient safety and quality careAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentMembership with AdPha preferred
