We're looking for a motivated and organisedJunior Property Managerto join us as a full-time, in-office team member, responsible for maintaining the presentation, compliance, and overall condition of our residential portfolio.This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in ensuring our properties remain well maintained, compliant, and presented to a consistently high standard.
You'll coordinate inspections, identify property issues, arrange maintenance where required, and support the ongoing management of our growing portfolio.Whether you already have property management experience or are looking to build a long-term career in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from an experienced team in a supportive, high-performance environment.What You'll Be Doing:Conducting routine property inspections across the portfolioCompleting detailed inspection reports with clear photographs and documentationIdentifying maintenance issues, defects, and property faults during inspectionsReporting maintenance items promptly and ensuring appropriate follow-upMonitoring the overall presentation and condition of properties to ensure they meet company standardsCoordinating Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) inspections and compliance requirementsArranging routine inspections, council inspections, valuation appointments, and other required property accessLiaising with occupants, contractors, councils, and service providers to coordinate appointmentsMaintaining accurate records, notes, inspection reports, and supporting documentation within PropertyMeAssisting with maintaining compliance across the portfolioSupporting the property management team with day-to-day operational tasksPrioritising workload and managing multiple inspections and appointments each dayEnsuring all tasks are completed promptly and professionallyCommunicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholdersContinuously identifying opportunities to improve property presentation and operational efficiencyMid week and weekend Open Homes (1 day off during the week)What We're Looking For:A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detailSomeone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentStrong administrative and time management skillsA proactive attitude with the ability to take initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSomeone who is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their workA willingness to learn and develop within the property industryAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracyProfessional presentation and strong customer service skillsConfidence working independently while also contributing to a team environmentJob Requirements:Previous experience in property management, administration, or real estate is preferred but not essentialCertificate of Registration or Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)Robust computer skills with the ability to learn recent systems quicklyExperience using PropertyMe or similar software is advantageous but not essentialAccess to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle for work-related travelFull Australian working rightsAbility to travel throughout the portfolio to conduct inspectionsWhy Join Us:Competitive salary based on experienceFull-time, in-office positionOngoing training and mentoring from an experienced property management teamBe part of a fast-growing property company with genuine career progression opportunitiesGain exposure to a large and diverse residential portfolioWork in a supportive, high-performance environment where learning and development are encouragedOpportunity to build a long-term career within the business as the company continues to expandAdditional Expectations:This role requires regular travel to properties to conduct inspections and attend appointments.Flexibility may occasionally be required to accommodate inspection schedules or urgent property matters.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continually learn and improve are essential for success in this role.
