They're the first people our members meet, the ones who spark motivation, build confidence and help people take the first step toward becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.
Every day brings current conversations, new goals and new opportunities to make an impact.In this role, you'll drive membership growth through proactive outreach, connecting with people in the community, and inspiring them to start their fitness journey.
You'll turn interest into action — introducing people to the club, helping them discover what they're capable of and showing them how Fitness First can support their goals.
At the same time, you'll build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences that keep them motivated and engaged.ResponsibilitiesProactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaignsGenerating and converting high‐quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunitiesAchieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunitiesProviding sales presentations and tours to prospective membersCreating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactionsAchieving successful outcomes to enquiriesOpening and closing the club as per the club rosterActive involvement in member retention programs,
