We're supporting a leader in the property and legal technology space, currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their high-performing settlement support team in Brisbane.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong conveyancing background who's ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role while remaining close to the day-to-day work.What you'll be doingLeading and supporting a team (~3), delivering end-to-end property settlementsManaging daily workflow allocation, team capacity, and deadlinesActing as an escalation point for complex or high-value mattersMaintaining a hands‐on approach with settlements and PEXA workspacesOverseeing lodgements, post‐settlement activities, and quality of outputsEnsuring SLAs, KPIs, turnaround times, and client expectations are metDriving continuous improvement across processes and operationsCoaching, mentoring, and developing team membersSupporting onboarding, training, and capability developmentManaging shared communication channels and ensuring timely responsesPartnering with clients to deliver a high-quality, consistent experienceWhat we're looking forStrong experience managing end-to-end conveyancing settlementsHands‐on experience creating and managing PEXA workspacesBackground within a conveyancing firm or legal practice (non‐bank)Prior leadership, mentoring, or training experienceStrong understanding of conveyancing processes and eConveyancing platforms (PEXA/Sympli)Ability to manage high volumes, competing priorities, and tight deadlinesA proactive,
