We are seeking Shotcrew bench hands to join the drill & blast team at a well established Iron Ore mining operation.
These are long-term temporary positions with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily drill and blast activitiesSafely handle and transport explosives and bulk productsAssist with blast crew duties, blast guarding and drill supportMaintain blast quality standards and safety complianceReport hazards, incidents and safety concernsAdhere to all site regulations and procedures
Essential Requirements
Min 1-2 years experience in a production mining open pit setting in a similar position.Current WA Driver's LicenceCurrent WA Dangerous Goods Security CardStrong commitment to safetyAbility to work well within a team
