We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our talented team in Cottesloe.This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium products in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where quality and presentation are everything.About the RoleReporting to the Butchery Manager, you will be responsible for:Preparing, cutting, trimming, boning and portioning a wide range of premium meat products.Producing attractive, well-presented displays that reflect Boatshed Market's high standards.Providing outstanding customer service and expert product advice.Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.Managing stock rotation and minimising waste.Working collaboratively with the wider fresh food team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.About YouTo be successful in this role,
