Hybrid role, locations at Rowville or Brisbane.GPC Asia Pacific is the parent company of iconic brands including Repco, NAPA, McLeod Accessories, AMX, Sparesbox and Motion, providing a dynamic environment for supply planning professionals.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end supply planning for assigned supplier and product portfolio.Develop supply plans that balance customer service, inventory investment and supplier performance.Ensure timely ordering and delivery of inventory while maintaining agreed inventory targets.Monitor inventory, product availability and supply risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions.Analyse supplier performance, service levels and key planning metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders including Category Management, Merchandise Planning, Distribution Centres, Transport and Group Support teams.Support Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) and other cross‐functional planning activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve planning efficiency, supplier performance and inventory outcomes.Contribute to planning process improvements and support the ongoing evolution of the planning capability.Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.QualificationsExperience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment,
