Our expertise spans Print & Brand Management, Merchandise & Apparel, Marketing Solutions, and Warehousing, Kitting & Fulfilment.Based on the Central Coast, we deliver tailored solutions that streamline and support our clients' operational and financial activities.At E-Bisglobal, our core values—Respect, Accountability, Honesty, Pride, Teamwork, and Partnerships—are at the heart of everything we do.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in a hands-on capacity, while also assisting in broader business administration tasks.This is a temporary opportunity for a period of 4-6 months, with the potential to evolve to a permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with regulatory returns (BAS and Payroll Tax Return)Assist with process payroll and payment of superannuation in Employment HeroPreparation and submission of required information to external accountants for the FBT and income tax return and other requirements in relation to company financialsAssist with the preparation of financial statements and management reportsAssist the Senior Accountant with general ledger responsibilities, including reconciliations and manual journalsAssist with managing the end of month functions including monitoring inventory valuationAssist with daily accounts receivable processes – invoicing, collections, cash allocations, bank reconciliations, receivable queriesAssist in general administrative functions such as answer phone calls and filing as requiredUnderstanding of all computer modules necessary to perform tasksProcessing of accounts payable invoices,



checking statements and processing payments in XeroClose liaison with external accountantsAssist with management of fixed assetsOther duties as requiredThe candidate would be required to have:3 years practical experience within a finance team of an SMEMinimum Certificate IV in BookkeepingNSW Police employment check prior to commencementExperience with Xero is essentialExperience with Employment Hero would be highly valuedIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essentialStrong numerical and a high level of attention to detail are critical to success in this roleAbility to adhere to tight deadlinesBe flexible, self-motivated and energetic and able to work closely within a small teamAbout YouYou are a highly motivated, hands-on finance skilled who thrives in an SME environment.
You take pride in working collaboratively within a small team to ensure work is completely accurately and timely.Qualifications & SkillsEducation – Formal qualifications in Bookkeeping or a related disciplineExperience – Atleast 3 years' experience within a small to medium businesses finance teamTechnical Skills – Strong proficiency in Xero (essential) and intermediate Excel skills; strong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing and BAS/tax compliance.Accuracy and Attention to Detail – Strong numerical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Work Ethic & Approach – Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Team Player – Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to step into broader operational tasks as required.Other Requirements – NSW Police employment check and valid right to work in Australia.
