This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of strata management experience who can confidently manage a portfolio while delivering exceptional service to owners, committees, and stakeholders.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of strata schemes, ensuring compliance, strong communication, and smooth building operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes
Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
Facilitate AGMs, committee meetings, and correspondence
Prepare agendas, minutes, and strata documentation
Ensure compliance with strata legislation and regulations
Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 4 years' experience in strata management
Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Experience using strata management software preferred
