Monday to SundayOpportunity to work with a passionate NDIS Registered provider based in the Sutherland ShireOngoing support from an experienced management teamAbout the RoleAs a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to participants with a range of disabilities, helping them build independence and achieve their goals.Your duties will include:Personal careDomestic assistanceCommunity access and social supportSupporting participants to achieve their NDIS goalsBuilding meaningful relationships while promoting choice, independence and wellbeingApplicants with personal or professional experience supporting people living with dementia are highly encouraged to apply.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker in Australia, aged care, nursing and/or supporting people living with dementiaFull availability across Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to work multiple shifts each weekCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current NDIS Worker CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificatesCurrent Driver LicenceReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA warm, caring and professional approachFull Australian working rightsApplicants who live in the Sutherland Shire, St George or surrounding suburbs will be highly regarded.
