With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, you'll lead the creation of artwork across a wide array of channels — ensuring every piece aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines, nurtures our creative identity, and complements the pace and ambition of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign ConceptingDevelop design concepts for Consumer Marketing, Business Events, Trade Events, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Services, and international regional teams (15+ markets)Provide creative thought leadership to ensure brand consistency across all assetsAsset Creation and ProductionDemonstrate advanced graphic design industry standards across an extensive range of mediums for print, digitaland video formatsDeliver project assets with a high level of attention to detail, leveraging advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)Collaboration and CoordinationCollaborate with a global team operating across various markets and languagesCoordinate with external production agencies to increase design output and ensure high-quality, brand-aligned assetsResourcing and Industry TrendsSource and onboard freelance resources through agency partners, overseeing their integration into projectsStay updated on industry trends, best practices,
and emerging technologies to keep creative output at the forefront of innovationWhat You'll BringKnowledge & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in graphic design or a related fieldMinimum five years' qualified graphic design experience in an in-house studio, agency, or production environmentProven track record of successful design projectsExperience developing and maintaining brand identitiesExperience with budget management, strategic planning and reportingSkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Advanced knowledge of design principles (typography, colour theory, layout)Experience across both print and digital designFamiliarity with UI/UX design principlesVideo editing and animation skillsExperience mentoring junior designers and working with external freelance supportStrong conceptual thinking and innovative design skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partnersEffective time management and prioritisationWhat We're Looking For in YouAbility to adapt flexibly to changing priorities in support of broader organisational objectivesA team player who thrives in a high-performance, multi-disciplinary environmentSound judgement and emotional intelligence when working through differing viewsA collaborative, trust-based approach to team cultureResponsibilities Also IncludeManaging freelance direct reports: sourcing, onboarding, delegating tasks, and supporting workflowManaging budgets and financial delegationsFollowing legal, statutory, and corporate governance policies and proceduresContributing to an inclusive workplace culture, including support for diversity and belonging
