We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Slab Supervisor to join our Construction team.
This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities from site commencement through to slab completion, ensuring every home starts with a solid foundation.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the early stages of construction, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to Hunter Homes' high standards.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess experience in the following areas:
Site Management: Oversee day-to-day on‐site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate on‐site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
Quality Assurance:



Monitor and maintain high-quality construction standards, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the construction process.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety, ensuring all on‐site activities comply with relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges, offering practical solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
Prospective candidates will possess:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Excellent problem‐solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field.
