this role is for you.What We OfferFlexible full time or casual employment options to suit your lifestyleLong term stable work on local projects - no FIFO or DIDOCompetitive remuneration with overtime opportunitiesSupportive family oriented company cultureUniforms and safety gear providedMonthly company meetings and family eventsAbout the RoleReporting to site supervisors, you will:Operate excavators and machinery efficiently across a variety of civil construction environmentsFollow directions and work autonomously for long periodsComplete daily checks and maintenance on machinery as per standardsAccurately complete mandatory documentation (daily diaries, dockets, etc.)Participate in manual handling or labouring tasks during machine downtimeCommunicate effectively and participate in site safety meetingsDemonstrate resourcefulness, flexibility, and accountability for task completionKey RequirementsExcavator and/or machine tickets with experience in Trimble Machine Control (GPS/UTS) preferred but not essentialProficient in operating machinery in diverse environments to consistently deliver quality outcomesAdditional tickets (skid steer, grader, loader) advantageousHR Licence preferred but not essential and ability to load/unload equipmentStrong knowledge of machinery maintenance and careAbility to plan, prioritise, and complete tasks with limited supervisionCommitment to safety and environmental standardsDependable, punctual, and able to work in physically demanding environmentsTeam player who shares knowledge and engages positively in site meetings
