We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Cairns area.Your Responsibilities:Plan and oversee daily site worksCoordinate and manage employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment across projectsProvide technical guidance and support to project staff, resolving complex site challenges effectivelyMonitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and project standardsMaintain strong site organisation, ensuring efficient workflow and transparent communication across all teamsEnsure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations,
