Your responsibilities will include:Chronic Disease Management (CDM)Health assessments and care planningImmunisations and vaccinationsWound care and dressingsECGs, spirometry and other clinical proceduresVenepuncture and pathology collection (where applicable)Assisting with proceduresInfection prevention and accreditation activitiesPatient recalls and remindersHealth education and preventative careAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.A minimum of 1 year of recent General Practice nursing experience (essential).
Experience using Best Practice software (desirable).
