Through a strong focus on quality education, community connection and child wellbeing, Centacare creates welcoming environments where children, families and educators can flourish.The Opportunity:Centacare Catholic Early Learning and Care (CELC) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Nominated Supervisor to lead one of its early learning services in the Cairns region.This is an opportunity for a capable leader who enjoys supporting educators, building strong relationships with families and creating a centre environment where children, staff and families feel welcome, supported and connected.Working closely with the Operations Manager and broader leadership team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the service while maintaining a positive culture, high standards and ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.As Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the service, including:Leading and supporting a team of educators, teachers and support staffCreating a positive, inclusive and collaborative team cultureBuilding trusted relationships with children, families and the wider communityDriving quality improvement initiatives and supporting best-practice service deliveryEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and National Quality StandardsOverseeing enrolments, rosters, administration and operational requirementsChampioning child safety, wellbeing and inclusion across all areas of the serviceMaintaining a secure,
