Keema Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Vehicle Sales Consultant or Experienced 2IC to join our expanding sales operation at Keema Springwood.
This is not your typical single-brand sales role.
You will have the opportunity to represent Isuzu UTE, LDV and Forthing, giving you access to a diverse range of customers and vehicles across utes, SUVs, passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.
Keema Springwood is also an authorised LDV RV dealership – something that is not commonly available within a traditional automotive dealership.
This opens the door to an entirely different customer market, with opportunities to work with customers looking for recreational vehicles, touring and lifestyle solutions.

The Opportunity
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant/2IC, you will have the opportunity to sell across a genuinely diverse product portfolio.
From Isuzu UTE's established range of utes and SUVs, through LDV passenger and commercial vehicles, the growing Forthing range and the specialised LDV RV market, you will be able to engage with a much broader customer base than a traditional single-brand sales role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries




Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Presenting and demonstrating vehicles across the Isuzu UTE, LDV and Forthing ranges
Developing opportunities within the specialised LDV RV and recreational vehicle market
Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Following up enquiries and maintaining an active customer database
Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider dealership team to achieve sales targets
Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process
Developing repeat and referral business through genuine customer relationships
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Energetic, motivated and genuinely enjoys working with people
Confident communicating with customers from a wide range of backgrounds
Driven to achieve results and build a successful career in automotive sales
Skilled in presentation and attitude
Organised and disciplined with customer follow-up
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
A team player who contributes positively to the dealership
Previous automotive sales experience would be highly regarded; however, we are also interested in speaking with strong salespeople from other industries who have the right attitude, work ethic and ability to connect with customers.




Experience or an interest in recreational vehicles, camping, touring or the outdoor lifestyle would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
A current driver licence is essential, and successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain the appropriate Queensland motor industry sales registration.
