About the Role
This is a full-time role until 30 June **** based in our Hervey Bay office.
On a day-to-day basis our Site Lead will:
Conduct weekly meetings with team members on a basis to monitor progress towards programs & KPI's
Assist with the marketing and awareness of the program with external stakeholders
Discuss, implement,
and develop training activities to address the client's requirements in readiness for employment
Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure consistency with legislative requirements, quality standards and contractual requirements
Recruit eligible candidates to enroll into the WORKFit program
Support team members to develop new and transferrable skills to assist clients to secure employment
Ensure employers and clients are supported for continued employment
About you:
Experience in leading and supporting high-performance teams
Excellent digital literacy with a focus on digital learning and a willingness to train others in a one-on-one or group environment
Demonstrated experience in assisting clients to overcome obstacles to secure employment
Sound written, verbal, facilitation and networking skills
Time management skills to prioritise large caseloads and meet reporting deadlines
