As we expand our solar division, we need someone passionate about renewable energy to drive our solar projects forward.
What You'll Do:
Install residential and commercial solar PV systems in line with Australian Standards
Interpret solar designs and technical drawings
Ensure protected work practices and compliance at all times
Work with a friendly, experienced team committed to quality and safety
Represent our brand with professionalism and pride
Key responsibilities include:




Perform high-quality rooftop solar panel and inverter installations
Conduct site assessments and pre-installation checks
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues independently or with team support
Maintain accurate documentation for system installs and compliance
Liaise with customers, providing excellent service and clear communication
Follow company WHS policies and ensure all equipment and PPE is used correctly
Mentor apprentices or junior team members as needed.
What we're looking for
Required Skills and Qualifications:
SAA Accreditation (Solar Accreditation Australia) – Required
VIC A Grade Electrical Licence – Required for installation roles
Working at Heights certification (preferred)
CEC Accreditation (if transitioning from CEC system) – a plus
Clean Energy mindset and attention to detail
A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
