Seeking an Experienced and Compassionate Practice Nurse to Join
Our Friendly Professional Team Located in the heart of Milsons Point, our contemporary and well-established medical centre is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice environment.
You will support our GPs and contribute to the smooth day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management
Chronic disease management and care plans
Health assessments (including 75+ health checks)
Wound care and dressings
Assisting with minor procedures
ECGs and other clinical procedures
Patient education and health promotion




Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Previous general practice experience preferred
Strong clinical and organisational skills
Excellent communication and patient care approach
Ability to work both independently and within a teamExperience with Best Practice software (desirable)
