You'll apply your sound judgement, financial insight and critical thinking to assess borrowing capacity and overall creditworthiness — always balancing opportunity with risk.You'll be part of a collaborative and energetic team that celebrates wins, supports development, and holds each other accountable for excellence.Every file you assess directly shapes our customer experienceWhat You'll Be DoingCompleting thorough and accurate credit assessments across near-prime and sub-prime applicationsDelivering timely, high-quality decisions in line with KPIs and service standardsApplying an approval-first mindset aligned to our lending appetiteCommunicating clearly and professionally with brokers,



BDMs and internal sales teamsProviding constructive feedback on declined applications to strengthen future submissionsEnsuring all decisions align with regulatory requirements including NCCP, Privacy and AML/CTF obligationsProactively identifying, escalating and managing exceptions or potential risksWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who reflects our values in both mindset and behaviour:Customer Commitment - You understand that every application represents someone's goals.
