!About the roleAs a Window Fabricator at CHGA Windows & Doors, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality windows for residential and commercial projects.
This full-time position is based in our Caloundra, Queensland facility, where you will be an integral part of our skilled manufacturing team.What you'll be doingCutting, shaping, and assembling window frames and components to exact specificationsPerforming quality checks and inspections to ensure the final product meets rigorous standardsCollaborating with the wider team to maintain efficient and organised production workflowsAdhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresContinuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and increase productivityWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a similar window fabrication or manufacturing rolePrevious experience with Vantage and Elevate productsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracyGood hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitudeFamiliarity with CNC (not essential) and the use of punches,
