About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of your portfolio from start to finish, including:
Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing the full leasing process, from advertising through to securing quality tenants
Coordinating lease renewals and rent reviews to maximise landlord outcomes
Managing maintenance requests and overseeing repairs through to completion
Proactively managing rental arrears and maintaining portfolio performance
Coordinating tenant vacates,



final inspections and bond claim processes
Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and all legislative requirements
Representing landlords at NCAT where required
Working closely with your Property Officer to deliver an exceptional client experience
Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio through referrals and new business development
What Success Looks Like
You'll be empowered with transparent expectations and the support to achieve them, including:
Maintaining a highly organised and compliant portfolio
Delivering exceptional communication and customer service
Completing inspections and portfolio tasks within required timeframes
Minimising vacancy periods and maximising landlord outcomes
Building long-term client relationships that generate referrals
Contributing to the continued growth of the business
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Has a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
Is highly organised with excellent time management skills
Takes ownership, accountability and pride in their work
Is solutions-focused and confident in handling challenging situations
Communicates professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors
Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Experience with PropertyMe is advantageous, but not essential
