(4 days)We're looking for a warm, patient, and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our Gumdale team in a permanent part‐time role, supporting children within our Kindergarten room.In this role, you'll support children to feel safe, included, and confident while helping create a calm, nurturing space where they can build independence, develop social skills, and engage in meaningful, play‐based experiences.Working closely with your room team, you'll play an key role in supporting routines, guiding learning, and ensuring every child feels a strong sense of belonging.Support a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all childrenProvide responsive support to children's learning, development, and wellbeingAssist with observing and documenting children's strengths and progressWork collaboratively with educators to adapt routines and experiencesBuild strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the teamMaintain high standards of health, safety, and complianceAbout YouYou are a caring, calm, and reliable educator who values inclusion and enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families in a close‐knit setting.Key skills and requirements:ACECQA‐recognised Certificate III, Diploma,
