Land Watch Australia protects farms and rural properties across the country with remote security and monitoring technology.
For the past 10 years, we've worked with some of Australia's most remarkable farmers, properties and rural businesses.
Now we're looking for a seriously capable content creator to help tell their stories—and ours.
This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role.
Content creation is the job.
You'll find the ideas, plan the content, travel to farms, capture the footage, edit it, publish it and use it.
What You'll Do
Develop original content ideas that get attention and build our brand.
Film and edit engaging short-form and long-form video.
Capture authentic customer stories on farms across Australia.
Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Turn robust organic content into effective Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
Write social posts, emails, blogs and website content.
Track performance and continually improve what we create.
Support broader marketing tasks, including website updates, brochures, event materials and campaigns.
Attend field days, promotional events and rural property visits.
Who We're Looking For
You are a creator first and a marketer second.




You can take an idea from a rough conversation through to a polished, published piece of content.
You know how to film, edit and tell a story—and you're constantly thinking about what we should create next.
You'll work directly with Land Watch Australia's founders and leadership team, with the freedom to bring forward ideas, test them and shape the future of our content.
If you love rural Australia, enjoy getting out from behind the desk and want to build a brand with serious growth ambitions, we want to meet you.
You will need:
Proven video filming and editing ability.
Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills.
Experience creating content for brands, businesses or your own audience.
The confidence to interview customers and direct others on camera.
Comfort appearing on camera when useful, although presenting is not essential.
The ability to work independently, move quickly and take ownership.
A practical understanding of social media and paid advertising.
A genuine love of agriculture, farming and rural Australia.
A Sunshine Coast base and willingness to travel regularly.
