some of your responsibilities will include:Completing commercial and residential maintenance plumbing worksLeading jobs on-site and supporting junior team membersDiagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutionsProviding exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationshipsManaging works across schools, restaurants, strata properties, and commercial sitesEnsuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardSupporting business growth through strong workmanship and leadershipAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Current Plumbing Trade QualificationSolid experience in maintenance plumbing environmentsStrong leadership capability and ability to take ownership on-siteExcellent problem-solving and fault-finding skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, professional, and team-oriented approachWhat's in it for You?
