This role requires a strong coaching presence, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality group training sessions in a safe and effective mannerCoach and correct movement to improve performance and reduce injury riskDrive energy, engagement, and culture on the gym floorSupport members with progression, consistency,



and accountabilityAssist in the development and delivery of structured training programsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the training space and equipmentBuild strong relationships with members and provide a high level of customer serviceStay up to date with training methods, industry trends, and equipmentContribute to team meetings and overall business growthAbout youCertificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years' experience in a coaching or group training environmentStrong understanding of exercise science and programming principlesConfident leading group sessions with clear communication and presenceHigh energy with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse member baseProfessional, reliable, and team-orientedAvailable to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsCurrent CPR & First Aid certification must be held at commencementWhat We Offer$38–$45 per hour based on experienceA premium, high-performance training environmentOngoing development and support within the ATÓRA teamOpportunity for growth within the business
