and related charges for billing to Department of Home Affairs (DHA)Preparing weekly Cashflow and Accounts Receivable reportsPrepare monthly PTC reports and ASR reportsPrepare financial reports in AUD and conversion to USD monthlyKey experience:3+ years' experience in a similar positionUnderstanding of GL reconciliationsUnderstanding of basic Australian Accounting StandardsDegree qualified and/or related industry work experiences (desired)Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher ERP Systems Management skillsAbility to work as part of a team / ability to work independently and unsupervisedWe promote a culture of Safety, Respect and Dignity.
