Green Tower Building & Facilities Management is seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team.
We provide professional cleaning and facilities management services across a range of commercial buildings, offices, residential strata properties and common areas throughout the Illawarra.
About the Role
This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing work for the right applicant.
Hours may vary depending on client requirements, with morning, daytime and occasional afternoon shifts available.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning offices, foyers and common areas
Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Emptying rubbish bins and replacing liners
Cleaning glass,



mirrors and touch points
Restocking consumables
Reporting maintenance issues to management
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
About You
To be successful you will:
Take pride in delivering quality work
Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to work independently and within a team
Have good communication skills
Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
Have (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check
Have full Australian working rights
Previous experience
Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
