We're looking for a Studio Assistant to be the warm, capable first impression for every producer, director, editor and creative who walks through our door - and to make the smooth running of our Sydney studio their own personal mission.

The Post Lounge is a national film and television post production company with an international footprint, working with brands like Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Foxtel, Stan, ABC TV, SBS and Warner Bros from studios in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Our Studio Assistant plays an integral role in the team, helping every project get to the screen.

Who we're after
Someone with a sparkling personality, boundless energy and bucket-loads of charm to look after our clients, our team and our facility.
You'll know how to make excellent coffee (all of the types!), you'll love crafting a cheese board, and you'll spot the thing that needs doing before the rest of the team does.
We're busy and rapid-paced, and while we all chip in, we need someone who takes genuine pride in keeping everyone operating at their best.
Attention to detail is critical.
Prior barista experience is essential.
Bar and cocktail skills are a big plus.
What you'll do
You'll be based at front of house - our main reception area - and your days will span reception, client service, hospitality, studio upkeep, and routine admin and office tasks.
No two are the same.
Expect to:
Greet clients and guests, and make sure they're fed, watered and looked after from arrival to departure
Set up suites and meeting rooms, run drinks service, and keep front of house and shared spaces clean,



tidy and presentation‐ready throughout the day
Handle general studio upkeep - restocking, light cleaning and organising kitchen, meeting and client areas so the space always looks its best
Book couriers, travel and maintenance, and keep the studio's supplies and consumables topped up
Plan and run team events, and make sure everyone in the building has what they need
Arrange routine travel bookings, itineraries, and making appointments for team members
Support our local and remote post producers with administration tasks such as creating files, data entry, and record keeping
From time to time support our other studios and interstate teams with administration tasks

The details
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Our studio in Redfern.
This role is on‐site — it is not available as remote or work from home.
Start date: Early August — please indicate your availability in your application.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, hold a current open driver's licence (owning a car is not essential) and have the right to work in Australia.
