What you will be doing:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes across a multi-site operationEnsure product quality and compliance through robust inspection, auditing, and quality assurance practicesInvestigate quality incidents and customer claims, driving effective corrective actions and long-term process improvementsCollaborate with Operations and Trading teams to enhance product consistency, reliability, and customer satisfactionMonitor and report on quality performance metrics, using data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and maintain product standardsCoach and support leaders and frontline teams, fostering a proactive culture of quality and continuous improvement
