Right Now Services Pty Ltd The Marketing Specialist identifies market opportunities and advises management on the development, coordination and implementation of marketing plans for the pricing, positioning and promotion of Intercâmbio Austrália's services to prospective and current clients, primarily within the Brazilian community in Australia and Brazil.
The role conducts market research, coordinates multichannel campaigns, evaluates campaign performance and provides recommendations on service positioning, promotional strategies and client acquisition opportunities.
It also coordinates content and marketing activities across the company's website, podcast, email campaigns, social media channels, education fairs, webinars and community events.
Benefits Task & responsibilities Duties Research market demand, audience characteristics, competitor activity and emerging trends within the international education, migration support and study-abroad sectors.
Collect and analyse data relating to prospective clients in Australia and Brazil, including their service preferences, enquiry behaviour and engagement patterns.
Commission or undertake market research to assess opportunities for new and existing services.
Apply analytical and statistical methods to evaluate the potential effect of pricing and promotional initiatives on client acquisition and business performance.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid search, website, referral and partner channels within approved timelines and budgets.
Develop campaign and content briefs for designers, videographers, copywriters, content creators and external agencies.
Coordinate the production, scheduling and publication of content for the company's website, blog, podcast and social media channels.
Use CRM and email marketing platforms to segment audiences and coordinate targeted lead-nurturing campaigns.
Analyse campaign data, website traffic, audience engagement, enquiry volumes, conversion rates and return on investment.




Prepare marketing performance and budget reports for management and recommend adjustments to improve future campaigns.
Recommend website and digital content updates to improve search engine performance, audience engagement and lead generation.
Coordinate marketing activities supporting education fairs, webinars, workshops, client testimonials, referral programs and community engagement initiatives.
Liaise with internal teams, education partners, content creators and external service providers to coordinate marketing activities.
Review marketing materials and communications to ensure accuracy, brand consistency and suitability for the intended audience.
Responsibilities Plan, develop and coordinate marketing strategies, policies and campaigns supporting the company' business development and client acquisition objectives.
Advise management on strategies for reaching target markets, strengthening brand awareness and promoting the company's education, migration support and settlement services.
Support business growth through the development and implementation of marketing objectives, programs and market expansion initiatives.
Advise on service positioning, pricing strategies, promotional offers, audience segmentation and distribution channels.
Identify market opportunities for existing and proposed services, including new courses, destinations and client support packages.
Monitor the effectiveness, budget and commercial performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular insights and recommendations to management.
Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging and presentation across all marketing channels and client touchpoints.
Qualification & experience Qualifications and Experience A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications,



Business or a closely related discipline; or at least five years of relevant full-time professional marketing experience in place of a formal qualification.
At least one year of relevant professional experience in marketing strategy, campaign coordination, market research, service positioning or digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience researching markets and using audience, competitor and campaign data to inform marketing decisions.
Experience planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple digital and traditional channels.
Experience preparing marketing performance reports and presenting recommendations to management.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese and English, as the position develops, evaluates and coordinates Required Technical Skills Sound knowledge of market research, audience segmentation, positioning, pricing and the marketing mix.
Proficiency with social media and content management platforms, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok and YouTube Studio.
Experience using digital marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of paid advertising, email marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
Understanding of SEO principles and their application to website and content strategy.
Solid analytical, reporting and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, deadlines and internal and external stakeholders.
