Key Duties:Apply carpentry trade skills, general framing, construction and installation of subfloors, walls door frames, roofing and trust work.Coordinate site preparationInterpret building standards, codes and regulationsCoordinate planning for building tasksProvide advise to, and liaise with project personnel on matters relating to carpentry and construction requirementsInterpret plans, specifications and drawings.Assist in the compilation of specifications, scope of works and costs estimates.Relevant Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Cert III in Carpentry or equivalentConstruction Induction (White Card)Physically fitCurrent driver's licenseExcellent problem solving and communication skillsMinimum 2 years of experience in general carpentry work in commercial and domestic buildsSalary range is $75,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 8th July **** and closes on 8th August ****.
