Endeavour Foundation in Gladstone is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.
You will provide support in SIL homes, helping clients live as independently as possible and handling sensitive behaviours with patience and empathy.Versatile to work mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends.
Applicants should have experience in SIL or disability support, with Certificate III in Individual Support highly regarded but not essential.
