AGRANA Fruit Australia is seeking an experienced and solutions-driven SAP Regional Expert to join our team.
Based at our Central Mangrove site, this role is responsible for providing expert SAP support across the Australian region.
Working closely with Corporate IT and cross-functional teams, you will maintain and enhance SAP systems, support end users, drive process improvements, and ensure the integrity of critical business data.

About the Role
As the SAP Regional Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring our SAP systems remain effective, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
You will provide regional expertise, support users, manage system improvements, and contribute to the successful delivery of SAP initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and updating SAP master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the region.
Supporting the creation, testing, and implementation of SAP change requests in collaboration with Corporate IT.
Monitor and maintain the regional SAP environment,



including system performance, user access, and data integrity.
Deliver SAP training and ongoing support to end users, building capability and encouraging best practice.
Supporting the testing and implementation of SAP upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
Troubleshooting SAP issues and providing timely solutions to regional users.
Supporting the rollout of current SAP modules and system improvements.
Assisting with SAP incidents to help maintain business continuity.
Developing and implementing SAP solutions that improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Build strong working relationships with Corporate IT and regional teams to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective system governance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in at least one model of SAP (essential)
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (desired)
Open to work locally and globally
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.
