This role offers secure employment based in Molendinar, Tweed and Coomera with multiple positions available and strong pay rates starting from $***** per hour.
You will take part in a paid twelve-month training program that leads to a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus.
The position involves operating a well maintained fleet, providing safe and reliable transport for the public, managing ticket sales, delivering consistent customer service and supporting a range of service types including regular routes, charters and special event work.
You will receive comprehensive training to meet high standards across safe driving practices, service delivery and operational requirements.
To be considered, you will need an MR Drivers Licence, the ability to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation, Australian work rights, reliable attendance and the capacity to pass a pre employment physical examination and medical history check.
Strong customer service skills are essential along with confidence working with the public, the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, and a commitment to consistent and professional conduct.
Applicants with previous bus or heavy vehicle experience are encouraged but full training is provided for all successful candidates.
