ACCOR is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand for its flagship Darling Harbour property in Australia.
You will wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes and kitchen utensils, support chefs, and help keep back-of-house areas clean and organised during busy service periods.You will follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures, handle waste responsibly, and be willing to work a adaptable rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Previous kitchen hand experience preferred.
