installations, maintenance and service workDeveloping electrical opportunities within our existing commercial client portfolioQuoting, planning and coordinating electrical worksMaintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of serviceSupporting the recruitment, training and management of future electrical team membersWorking closely with our mechanical, refrigeration, controls and project teamsHelping establish the systems, standards and direction of the electrical divisionWhat We're Looking ForFully qualified Queensland electrician with a current electrical mechanic licenceStrong commercial electrical installation, service and maintenance experienceExperience with HVAC electrical systems, controls, switchboards, motors and associated equipment highly regardedPrevious supervisory, project management or team leadership experienceCommercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build client relationshipsStrong communication, planning and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently, take ownership and lead by exampleCurrent Queensland driver's licenceThis position would suit a senior electrician, electrical supervisor or project electrician who is ready to step into a genuine leadership role and build something of their own—without the risk of starting a business from scratch.
