If you excel at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and managing projects from planning to successful delivery.The DetailsStart: ASAPRole Type: Temporary Contract: Full time, 35 hours per weekContract Term: 12 monthsWork Rights: Full Australian Working Rights RequiredKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management: End-to-end management of project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and perks realisation.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, collaborating across multiple business units (Asset Management, Facilities, Events) and external contractors.Community & Place Engagement: Drive meaningful community engagement and handle sensitive community contexts to deliver lived-experience-informed design.Governance & Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports, briefing papers,



and governance materials for senior leadership and steering committees.Financial Monitoring: Track and monitor budgetary spending against targets, continuously identifying cost efficiencies.Skills & Experience RequiredQualifications: Tertiary degree in Project Management, Place Management, Contract Management, or a related field (or equivalent contemporary experience).
