Our values of support, compassion, integrity, connection and innovation are integral to our way of working.About the Role:The Practice Manager is the first point of contact for all clinical and non-clinical staff and is responsible for effective and service focused daily operations of the clinics.Responsibilities include:Exemplary leadership of clinic support staff including reception, nursing, and administrationSupporting and influencing all stakeholders, implementing best practice while bringing others on the journeyCoordinating team members across high volume servicesActing as the escalation point for complex issues, leading with a can do attitude to deliver a positive outcomeManaging the clinic operational requirements including financial performance, budgeting, service delivery, resourcing, patient bookings, rostering,



accreditation and business development.You will also have the benefit of working under the Better Medical umbrella of +60 GP practices across Australia, forming part of our clinic network.
The Practice Manager will have the benefit of engaging with the wider Better Medical group, attending key meetings, sharing knowledge, and implementing the business objectives.About You:You will be a proven leader, ideally within a Practice Manager role, and will confidently and professionally lead by example.Have a can do attitude, while helping creating a harmonious work workplace.
Effectively balancing the needs of patients, GPs, and team members.Proven ability to multi-task, listen with empathy and drive enhancements.You will be a true believer in primary care, with the drive to successfully implement process improvement.Ability to empower staff through a culture of education and support, teamwork, trust, unity, and respect.Previous experience with Best Practice and Practice Essentials is desirable.Why work with us?
