As a global jewellery retailer with a proud heritage and strong growth ambitions, we're looking for a highly organised and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support the delivery of integrated campaigns across our global markets.This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, working with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.What you'll be doingReporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to executionDeveloping creative briefs and tracking campaign deliverables, approvals and timelinesLiaising with internal teams including Marketing, Merchandise, Retail, eCommerce, CRM and Production, as well as external agencies and suppliersCoordinating the collection, organisation and distribution of campaign assets and marketing collateralProducing campaign documentation, promotional packs and internal communicationsSupporting budget administration,



invoice processing and approval workflowsWhat we're looking forWe're seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented marketing skilled who can confidently manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across the business.You'll bring:A degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related disciplineMinimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or marketing coordination roleExperience supporting and coordinating marketing campaignsStrong organisational, time management and prioritisation skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilitiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhy Join Us?
