and to date is the only Chinese bank operating in Australia holding a licence to deal with both retail and wholesale customers.Overall ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing the latest AML/CTF Program and relevant Head Office policies from line 2 perspectivePerform regular review/ update of AML policies and procedures in meeting regulatory and Head Office's requirementsUpdate the AUSTRAC Regulatory Registry to document relevant regulatory updates and actionsAct as a subject matter expert for corporate and institutional banking customer types, and provide clear and proper advice timely to first line in relation to KYC/CDD queriesReview high risk customer applications, and enhanced due diligence casesPerform regular sample checks on KYC cases, including EDD, OCDD, etc. and provide feedback to Line 1Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the customer lifecycle management processBe familiar with KYC system and functions, make system refinement recommendations, and provide support in ongoing system testingParticipate in AML projects as directed.Required Skills/ExperienceSubject matter expert for corporate and institutional banking customers KYC3+ years proven CDD/KYC advisory experience5+ years of experience in banking industryCAMS an advantageBe able to work under minimum supervision and deliver desired resultsProactive and solid problem solving skillEffective communication skill, both verbally and in writinggood team playerClear understanding of the customer lifecycle management framework and processGood knowledge of AML, AUSTRAC requirements regarding KYC, CDD, EDD, OCDD, and banking productsProficiency in Microsoft office.To be eligible to apply for this position, you need to be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
