We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based at our Wacol manufacturing site and help attract, engage and hire great talent across a diverse range of roles within the business.Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across both operational (volume) and professional positions.
You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop talent pipelines, and deliver recruitment solutions that support business growth and workforce planning.This role is ideal for someone who has developed a strong foundation in high-volume recruitment and is looking to broaden their experience across a wider portfolio of roles while continuing to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.What You'll Be DoingManage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of operational, technical and professional rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirementsSource candidates through a range of channels including job boards, referrals, social media, networking and community partnershipsCoordinate and facilitate interviews, assessment centres and selection activitiesProvide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring managersMonitor recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomesEnsure recruitment activities align with company policies,



employment legislation and best practiceSupport employer branding and attraction initiatives to strengthen Primo's presence in the talent marketContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experienceWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally within a high-volume recruitment environmentDemonstrated success sourcing and hiring for operational or frontline rolesExposure to recruiting for technical, specialist or skilled positions, or a strong desire to develop capability in this spaceStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approach to recruitment challengesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience conducting interviews, facilitating assessment activities and supporting hiring decisionsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experienceExperience using recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems, with SuccessFactors highly regardedWhy Join Primo?
