The Opportunity
As Centre Manager, you'll lead a passionate team of educators while driving centre performance, quality outcomes, family engagement, and community connection.
You'll have the opportunity to:

About You
You are a confident and motivated leader who knows how to bring people together, create strong team culture, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
You'll bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven Centre Manager experience within Early Childhood Education
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
Experience leading teams to achieve quality, occupancy, and compliance outcomes
A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and developing others
Current Working with Children Check
