We are seeking a Grounds person/Maintenance person for ourmotel located near the Brisbane Airport.Duties include but are not limited to:-Maintenance jobs on site (nothing that would require a qualified plumber or an electrician) - General washers, toilet seats, generic repairs to furniture, swap out locks.Gardening - mowing, weeding, fertilizing, rubbish removal and blowingCobweb removal, pressure cleaning, taking out wheelie binsand general cleaning of siteMulching,



replanting as necessaryMaintain reticulation systemPressure washingThe Occasional Tip RunBins to the verge for collection and returnBasic Patch and Painting as requiredSwimming Pool - skimming leaves, managing the kreepy krawly in between pool contractor visits, backwash the filter as applicable, check for leaks and damagesHours required: - ***** hours per week - Monday - Friday - hours negotiable and can be discussed during interview process.
