including edge cases and behavioraltestingMandatory skills:10+ years of experience in testing,with strong exposure to UI/UX testing (Lead Tester level)Robust ability to designtest scenarios and test data independentlyExperience in manualtesting of complex enterprise/SaaS applicationsAbility to evaluate AIoutputs and test results with a critical, user-focused approachBasic understanding of GenerativeAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation conceptsStrong communication andstakeholder coordination skills; self-driven and confidentPreferred skills:Experience in AI agenttesting / AI testing toolsExposure to GenAI/AI-MLproducts or intelligent automation platformsDomain experience in DemandManagement (e.g., ServiceNow)Familiarity with AIevaluation metrics (accuracy, relevance, hallucination detection, etc)Experience working with SaaSplatforms and product-based delivery modelsBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
