Our expert teams consistently deliver premium villas with industry‐leading build times averaging just 16 weeks.The OpportunityOur Cotswold Hills development will deliver 205 homes, with approximately 2.5 years of work on‐site, plus a pipeline of adjoining projects providing an additional 5+ years of ongoing opportunities.Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy.
You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintaining momentum on-site,
