A thriving Home Care business based in Sydney is looking for a Senior Leader to step into a role leading their Compliance and Quality functions within their Sydney and franchised Brisbane locations.
A candidate who has proven experience in a Compliance, Quality, Governance, or Risk management role within the Aged Care sector, preferably in Home Care would be encouraged to apply!
Essential Criteria
Available F/T Role
Extensive Experience in a Senior Aged Care Role
Expert with the the Aged Care Quality Standards, Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, Support at Home Program.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience preparing for,
coordinating / responding to quality audits
Leadership skills
