Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will manage an established portfolio while driving further growth across Corporate, Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) and Rental sectors.With an expanding product range and advanced technologies, you will work closely with major fleet customers to deliver tailored commercial vehicle solutions, while strengthening market presence and increasing share across key fleet buyer groups.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an established fleet customer base across assigned territoryDrive new business within Corporate, Blue-Chip, SME,



FMO and Rental sectorsDevelop strategic fleet opportunities and increase market shareWork closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver fleet solutionsPresent product and whole-of-life solutions to key decision makersSupport tender submissions and national fleet agreementsMaintain solid relationships with existing fleet customersAchieve sales targets and contribute to national fleet strategyAbout YouProven success in Fleet Sales within Commercial Vehicles, Trucking or Transport industryExperience as a Fleet Sales Manager, OEM Fleet Manager or FMO Business Development ManagerMinimum 5 years in a similar commercial vehicle fleet roleStrong technical understanding of truck applicationsStrategic thinker with a track record of growing fleet sales revenueExcellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong presentation, negotiation and organisational capabilitiesSelf-motivated with a passion for the truck industryHeavy Vehicle Licence preferredWhat's on OfferJoin a leading global truck manufacturerStrong growth opportunity across NSW and QLD marketsFully maintained company vehicleHybrid working environmentCareer progression within a growing organisationThis is a rare opportunity to play a key role in expanding the fleet footprint of a globally recognised commercial vehicle brand with strong growth ambitions.
